On Friday, May 12, the department held its annual Graduation Celebration. More than two hundred people gathered to honor AAE’s Class of 2023. The graduates, dressed in their caps and gowns, radiated a sense of pride and accomplishment. Each student was individually recognized at the podium, to a round of cheers and applause from the audience of family, friends, and members of the AAE community.
It was an especially memorable day as the fifty-five new graduates were joined by ten fellow alumni from the 1970’s who were also participating in the graduation ceremony. The event was an opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the new graduates; the presence of the alumni served as a reminder of the lifelong connections and camaraderie that define the AAE community.
