Unemployment rates are nearing record lows as we approach the 2020 election, but that doesn’t mean all the news is good. As AAE Professor Steve Deller points out, many people remain under-employed, and are finding it hard to get ahead with the jobs that are available. Gaps between rich and poor also continue to grow.
