Future Plans

I am currently studying agricultural business management with an interest in commodity market trading and risk management. I was drawn to this field because of its distinction from a traditional business degree with its agricultural focus. I appreciate being able to see the consistent application of business and managerial strategies to different agricultural sectors. Having grown up in the Midwest, I see a lot of potential in agriculture which has also drawn me into the field. I am planning to attend the Czech University of Life Sciences, which is known as one of the leading schools in Europe focused on agriculture. The school has extensive courses and resources pertaining to agriculture such as their own farm with cropland and their own winery which I hope to be able to take advantage of for hands-on experience.
