Resources for Wisconsin Farmers Applying for CFAP Payments

This page assembles a variety of resources to help farmers (and those working with farmers) calculate their 2019 crop production to determine Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) direct payments from the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA). A few resources are for dairy an livestock farmers, but most materials focus on non-specialty crops such as corn, soybeans and oats with a Wisconsin focus, including eligible silage crops.

Disclaimer: Note that the USDA makes final determination on CFAP rules. We try to keep these materials up-to-date and accurate as clarifications become available.
